It had been a while since our first visit but we surely will come back again soon. Museo Pambata is a treat to the whole family. My history-buff husband could not contain his happiness exploring memorabilia of old Manila. Mila's eyes were bright with delight seeing and experiencing new things. We even get to be farmers for a few minutes. It was in the library section that we spent the most time on. If only I can bring half of the collection home!

This November, kids and kids at heart can experience crafting, storytelling, shadowplay, and much more. These are in addition to the regular attractions you will find in Museo Pambata.

Make a child happy this Christmas! Give your old toys and books a new home by donating to our book and toy drive. Donations may be dropped off at the museum lobby. Contact the museum for more details.

Science Film Festival

Science is more fun with films! Celebrate the UN International Year of Light by watching short films about light and light-based technologies. Contact the museum for information on viewing schedules. Until December 6.

Storytelling Hour

Spend your morning listening to classic Filipino children’s stories. Every second and fourth Saturday, 10 AM.

Witness the movements of shadows and lights in a performance by the students of the Philippine High School for the Arts.

Bahay Hilot, Opens November 7

Pretend to be an albularyo and discover the old ways of healing sickness through traditional hilot, medicinal plants, incantations and other methods in this new exhibit at the Kalikasan Room.

Christmas is almost here – decorate your house with paper lanterns! Make your own paper lanters with a little help from our guides. 

All activities are subject to change without prior notice. Museum hours from Tuesday to Saturday is  8 AM to 5 PM and 1 to 5 PM during Sundays. Admission fee is 250 pesos for children and adults, with special discounts for group tours. Manila residents with valid IDs are free on Tuesdays and can enjoy 50% off on other days.

Instead of going to the malls and paying hundreds per hour on play areas, you can instead bring your child to the Museo Pambata. You can play and learn all day and discover new things!
